Our Services

Our clinical focus

We are familiar with a wide range of psychological problems and challenges faced by children and adolescents but specialize in the treatment of:

  • anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, separation anxiety, social and performance anxiety, specific fears of dogs, heights, dentists,…);
  • depressive moods;
  • irritability, anger and oppositional behaviour;
  • and disorders that arise from stressful or traumatic experiences.

Many of our patients have comorbid diagnoses, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, psychosomatic complaints (e.g., headaches or abdominal pain without an organic cause), toileting issues (enuresis, encopresis), tics or compulsions.

Our therapeutic services

We work with the child/adolescent, parents, family and, if necessary, the staff of other institutions, such as the school or kindergarten. We regularly evaluate our therapies to ensure quality control.

Broadly, we offer:

Psychological assessments: We provide diagnoses and tailored treatment recommendations based on interviews, questionnaires, and tests. This process may take up to 6 sessions.

Intense short-term therapy: We offer a structured, individualized, modular therapy program (12-15 appointments of 50 minutes).

Individualized long-term therapy: For complex presentations, we also offer longer support for up to 60 sessions.

Group therapy: We offer recurring groups on various topics for children/adolescents or parents.
