Making an appointment

Complete our contact form.

If you would prefer this information to be recorded by an assistant over the phone, please leave us a message on 0761/203-54014 or contact us during our office hours (Mondays between 4 and 5 p.m.).

An employee will call you to inform you about the next steps. This may take some time, but we will definitely get back to you.

Consultation

If you are in the right place, we will arrange an appointment for a consultation.

The consultation (1 appointment lasting 50 minutes) on site is usually conducted together with the child/adolescent and their legal guardians. The aim of the consultation is to assess current stress factors and the need for treatment.

Referral

If the issue is better handled elsewhere, we will gladly refer you to other points of contact.

Psychodiagnostic assessment

During the psychodiagnostic assessment (up to 6 appointments of 50 minutes each), we gain a precise picture of the problem areas and ultimately provide a customized treatment recommendation.

Waiting list

If diagnostic clarification and/or treatment is not possible immediately, we will add you to our waiting list depending on capacity.
